Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation policy

Due to the handcrafted and scrappy nature of the items in this store, these items cannot be replicated and therefore cannot be replaced or exchanged. Returns and cancellations are also not accepted.

In the event your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please send photos and a description of the issue to christina@secondhandstitches.com. A resolution will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Secondhand Stitches cannot be held responsible for goods damaged, lost, or stolen in shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
